All Marketing Services carry a 30-day minimum commitment and renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in writing prior to the renewal date.
All promotional or discounted packages (including but not limited to 3-, 6-, or 12-month offers) are also subject to a 30-day minimum commitment, even if otherwise stated in marketing or promotional materials.
2. Definitions

Goods means any tangible or digital products offered for sale by the Company.
Services means all marketing, automation, CRM, or “done-for-you” solutions provided by the Company.
Orders means a request or transaction by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.

You means the individual or entity purchasing or using any product or service from the Company.

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:
Any work on a Done-For-You or custom service has begun.
Goods, funnels, ads, websites, or campaigns have been designed, built, or launched.
Services or deliverables were approved by You in any format (verbal, written, or digital).
Subscription payments made prior to cancellation.
Auto-recharge payments (including but not limited to SMS/MMS usage, phone numbers, call minutes, A2P registration fees, or email credits).
Promotional or discounted packages (3-, 6-, or 12-month terms).
Annual or lifetime access plans.
Unused time, credits, or remaining hours from a Done-For-You or consultation package.
Sale items, unless required by law.
Any user account found in violation of our Terms of Service (including, but not limited to, spam, abuse, phishing, or fraudulent activity).

You waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or reverse payments except where prohibited by law.
